Paola Himeko (姫子 パオラ Himeko Paora) (simply Paola in English dub) is a character in Story of World II: Flowers Bloom with You and Story of World II: Life is Like Flowers. She is a Lovely idol using pastel pink theme colour. Her alter ego is Princess Paola.

Appearance[]
Paola has light skin and light blonde hair in high pigtail braids, tied by pink bows on top and ties at the bottom. Her bangs adorned by three pink hair clips: one on the left and two on the right. She wears angel wing earrings.
In spring and summer, Paola wears a pale pink blouse beneath light pink pinafore with short white apron tied around the waist, and pink bow-tie tied around the collar. They are paired with white medium-length Lolita socks that have pink ribbon tied around the cuff, and light pink cross strap shoes.
For autumn and winter, Paola switches to wearing a long-sleeved dress of white and pink colours with a pink frilly corset, light pink ribbon around the neck, as well as ruffled trim. She also wears grey stockings and pink lace-up snow boots.
Personality[]
Paola is an easy-going and gentle girl who loves to cook desserts, often inviting her friends over to house. An expert at cooking, she can distinguish good and bad taste of foods.
History[]
Paola was born to a wealthy family in Belgium. She is the third child of her family, having a pair of twin older brother and sister as well as one younger brother.
Etymology[]
Himeko (姫子): Hime (姫) means "princess", referring to her royal title while ko (子) means "child".
Paola (パオラ) is a Italian feminine form of the given name Paul.

- Mayuri Kaido quickly becomes close friends with Paola. In return, Paola frequently gives her the nickname "Mayuri-chan". At one point, Paola helps Mayuri whilst baking chocolate cake for Ludwig, and was as devastated as the chocolate vanished.
- Chieri Yamakawa: Paola is Chieri's teammate. They remained close friends and meet up with the other three whenever the five girls have compatible free time.
- Shiori Yumehara: Paola respects Shiori and thinks of her as a wise fortune-teller. Therefore, Paola was delighted once Shiori became a group leader, and proclaimed that she admires her.
- Angela Sakuragi: When they first met, Paola constantly pointed out that Angela was a "girly-girl". Once Angela told everyone that she had no plans for the New Year's Day, Paola offered that Angela stayed with her. Angela admires Paola and aims to be like her as well.
- Lillian Hirsch is one of Paola's teammates. Paola often seen glaring at Lillian hints that Lillian may have rude behaviour.

- Haruno Aida: When they first met, Haruno got jealous of Paola since she tried to impress François, but eventually came around with time. These two girls were later put in a unit project with Sonata and Mayuri, then clashed over the best way to execute it. However, thanks to François' help, they decided to blend their ideas perfectly and remain friends afterwards.
- Cacao: Their first interaction came when Cacao won award for an essay she wrote and she had to read it aloud in front of the participants. Cacao was depressed because of her lack on cooking, so Paola encouraged Cacao to imagine the audience as pineapples, which allowed Cacao to get over her stage fright.
- Kirara Nijiiro: Having similar behaviour, Kirara thinks that certain qualities will make Paola a talented magical idol. Paola also shows concern for Kirara whenever she gets hurt.
- Freja Bondevik: At the end of FBwY32, Paola knows who Freja is. Freja told Paola about how the latter and Kirara cook together.

- Sonata Otome: Other than Germanic 07 members, Sonata can be considered Paola's better friend (probably because of Sonata's great nature towards people as well).

- Kornelija Novoselić: Paola knows Kornelija a little, but through Anežka's introduction, they eventually became friends in Life is Like Flowers.
- Tomoyo Kitakaze: Unlike Tomoyo's relationship with Anežka, Tomoyo and Paola are not shown together frequently, but mostly relate to each other when they agree in decision. Otherwise, she admires Tomoyo due to their love of sweets.
- Minori Kagesawa: Paola disagrees with Pia being leader of Dynamo☆Slavic and wants Minori to be leader instead, which the latter dislikes. However, the two are fairly good friends.
